At the end of service expedition we stayed here 1 night prior to flying home out of Tegu. Property is aged but clean. Beds are very firm (!). Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in our price (equivalent of <$30 US). You order off menu from American or Honduran-type breakfasts. It was pretty tasty.
We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Tegu.
Be aware: this is not really a tourist hotel, more of a businessman's hotel so most of the staff speak Spanish, not English.

Room Tip: we were on 1st floor but there are windows on to hallway so would recommend an end room on upper floor (didn't see an elevator though).
