I usually take VIP visitors to Rojo for dinner and I did it last Friday. Food was as good as usual, but the service was disappointing at the end, when the restaurant was almost full. For instance, the waitress never came back after we had finished the main entree, and we had to ask the hostess for our desserts. In addition, when we asked for the check, it took them a very long time to make the credit card charge.

It's OK. Just that. Service is very often inattentive and unprofessional. They smile a lot, but are quite unprofessional - forget your orders, get it wrong, take excessive confidence, etc. etc. Food is OK, particularly the fish (not salmon...).
decor is unpretentious and unremarkable.

Excellent food. Taste is so special. You need to have a second visit to try another selection. Drinks are so good.

Went there for lunch and although it was a very nice place it was rather expensive for lunch (over 50 US dollars).

On the bright side the sangria was to die for and was very good.

Ordered a beef carpaccio and it was drowned in water or dont know what kind of liquid. Filet Mignon and Pepitos were ordered as well but nothing “spectacular” nor related to the very high prices to pay. Drinks are extremely expensive, sangria is just not good and the jar in whick they serve it is just Cheap. Service was average. Not coming back.
