a n eclectic menu comprised of "colonial" favorites, I was not dissapointed, friendly, proffesional folk attending my every culinary whim, even making me a peanut sauce for my salad rolls, which are on a par with the best Thai I have had!! the Ribeye was delectable and cooked to perfection, I could not stay away from this place, great location ,superb atmosphere, cannot say enough good things about this restaraunt.

This is an absolutely lovely restaurant in the heart of Copan Ruinas. Hosts and staff are always friendly and eager to please and the food is excellent!
It also has a large variety of menu items, breathtaking views of the local mountains which overall makes it a wonderful dining/snacking/cocktail! experience.!!

Fabulous food, enjoyable atmosphere, great views, and friendly, courteous staff. Lots of cool things on the menu including Asian, American, British, and Indian dishes, and more! Great selection of appetizers, lighter meals, and main meals. Fantastic cocktails as well... the "Banana Republic" is a new favorite :) Eat here!

This joint venture from two experienced restauranteurs is a brilliant accomplishment. I have eaten in both Garry and Sylvia's restaurants before (in Roatán) and so was expecting great things. But they have truly outdone themselves and BCH is in a class of its own. The food was innovative and delicious. Everything made from scratch in the BCH kitchens. Try the chicken korma - that was my favorite. The ambiance draws you in and makes you want to stay. Three different levels all tastefully decorated to suit your mood - casual bar on the first floor, a comfy second-floor lounge with great views to parque central, or the elegant upper floor for formal dining. I highly recommend a visit - you wont be disappointed. In fact, you'll probably be back.
