Chef Seb picked us up at Treasure Beach,, after having just picked up our fresh fish from a local fisherman and we set off on a wonderful adventure. I had been quite hesitant to commit to a dinner by a French chef as I am not the least bit interested in "out there" cuisine. He had asked us when we booked the trip about our likes/dislikes, I told him no raw fish, expecting an expression of disdain, nope, no problem, he said, and there wasn't! The food was incredible, reasonably priced, drinks were good, and the entertainment provided by the spotted eagle rays was fantastic!! An added bonus was Seb's dog Gordon, a gorgeous French bulldog who is a joy to have around! Another thing I found quite appealing about Seb is his obvious interest in protecting the natural resources. He truly cares about the area.
