We came here after a morning of scuba. We had looked for it the day before, but Ms. Jenny is having the sign fixed, so we drove right past it! Look for Ms. Jenny's on the south side of the main road between km 20 and km 21.
Order. a. margarita.
fantastic, just strong enough. (must try the Mango margarita next time)
Order. the. conch. ceviche.
Also delicious.---can you figure out the secret ingredient?
I had the grilled fish plate, and my BF had the pulled pork sandwich.
BF said the pulled pork was everything it should be. Starting with great smoky flavor, a toasted bun and vinegar slaw on the side. Put it right on the sandwich, with just a touch of the mutton pepper mix from the table.
The grilled fish plate was Wahoo the day we were here. IT was perfectly grilled, with delicious toasted bread and veggies.
The hot pepper mix that they put on the table; it's hot. it's a good hot, but it's hot.
Ms. Jenny. She is phenomenal. We talked to her for a while, with some margaritas in our systems. She was great to talk to and sent us on our way with some of the hot pepper mix to go.
This is super close to the Cruise Ship terminal. DO NOT pass this place without stopping.
