Best spot for an impromptu lunch. Deserted beaches, great food, yes 5 stars!
Cook only speaks Spanish, bring your dictionary or like me, mumble and use your hands!

Definitely on my top 5 list of best Lobster ever!
Originally we were going to head to Temporary Cal's because I remember the chef from from when I used to live in Roatan - such delicious food - but, alas, Cal's was closed. So, off to La Sirena we went. There were no regrets! As we
Pulled up to the dock of this shack hanging over the water, there was a young boy sitting on the dock cleaning fish - he said they had just come in with a fresh catch of seafood - so we all decided on the spot to order the lobster. The weather was amazing, Jimmy (the owner) graciously sat and talked with us and told us a bit of his Roatan/La Sirena story. We enjoyed a few cocktails, a lot of laughs and the best lobster I've eaten in years. I highly recommend it as a "must" if you're visiting the island. Make it a day trip and visit the serenity of Camp Bay beach, Paya Bay and the Eco Park.
I will definitely go again on my next visit to the island... And again, and again and again...

Enjyed a seafood lunch visit here recently. The lionfish was simply outstanding! Garlic mashed potatoes and plantains wonderful too. The rum punch is hands down the best! This location is a bit of a drive, but we were on an island tour and our driver knew just where this was. What an absolute treat! The view is magnificent, and boat pulling right up dockside to sell fresh lobster was a real treat. Excellent food, excellent service, I cannot recommend this highly enough!!

Great island restaurant over the water in Camp Bay on the east side of Roatan. We were staying at Paya bay resort, just a short drive away. It was the perfect sunset restaurant for happy hour and a meal. We enjoyed being over the water and the great view. We had a wonderful meal of lobster,
Lion fish, and lion fish Ceviche. The lion fish is a must try meal, delicious. The owner Jimmy was very cool, and made our evening. The topper was the key lime pie, so good. Oh, and don't forget to try the Coco Loco!s..

Totally worth the drive along the dirt road (not really that bad) to the east end of the island. Great scenery and you really get to see a wonderful, unspoiled section of the island -- in fact we loved it so much we made the trip twice it was that good. The Grouper, Yellowtail, and the Lionfish burrito's and ceviche were amazing - some of the best mashed potatoes we have had in a very long time. Sirena is an outstanding cook and makes you feel at home. Jimmy is a great host and conversationalist. You will be missing the true Roatan experience if you don't venture to La Sirena - the food, drinks (Rum Punch), view, atmosphere is like no where else on island. We loved this place. Oh and one piece of advice. Continue the drive east down the dirt road - what an amazing view towards Guanaja and the mangroves. All the best to Sirena and Jimmy!!
