During a week trip I went to Restaurante Hana twice! Once for Sak-it-to-me Thursday and once for a predictably delicious meal! Both times, whether it was with a loud gang of sake lovers or at a cozy table of friends the food was warming and fresh. The service is always prompt and respectful. The miso soup and edamame is always a yummy way to start a meal with the perfect amount of miso and a salted snack! The spicy salmon sushi is safe and filling. The tonkatsu was a large portion and hit the spot. When you stomach needs something warming the udon and guyoza is a great choice. Thanks Mihoko and Jon for letting Pana enjoy all of your home cooked favorites!
