What a pity we only had a 1 night stay here (arriving late and leaving early!). The place looked to be good quality, our room was huge and well set up. Bed was very comfortable.
Staff were helpful and arranging a boxed breakfast for our early departure was no trouble at all.
Happy to recommend this hotel to others.More

I rented a room with a kitchenette and a Panoramic view. I got a room with no kitchenette and a view of a tiny enclosed patio with walls roughly 12 feet high (Rm 309). When I spoke to the front desk I was told that none of the rooms have kitchenettes in spite of being advertised as such on the Radisson and the Hotels.com web page. And at that time they had no rooms with panoramic views available. Can that be true? If so why is it on the web page? The governors on the elevators were not functioning, twice slamming into me with much force. There was almost no water pressure in the shower-when I spoke to the front desk they said they would fix it, but did not. Lots of better similarly priced hotels in Guatemala City.

The Radisson has done a lot recently to improve its services and update the look of the hotel. I have stayed here previously and was was underwhelmed. Now, however, the rooms are modern, the linen has been updated (and is some of the best I have slept on) with sufficient amenities to make a business stay very pleasant.
The members of staff are very helpful and the location in Guatemala City's Zona 10 along with the complementary airport shuttle service makes a good quality value-for-money option for a business traveller.
