Very clean, safe, beautiful, and well run hotel. Cheaper than most of those in town and the nicest by far!
Great owners who will help you if you need it.

Room Tip: All rooms are good. All have good views.

Traveling with a group of students can make it difficult to satisfy everyone. After a last minute change in planned accomodation - it was a blessing that the Seafront Inn was available and able to accomodate us as they had a number of guests checking out after an eventful weekend. The owners are gracious and responsive. The rooms were exceptionally clean. It is an eco-sound space, so the the air and fans are not left on during the day, but the rooms cooled down quickly - and despite the heat, we were able to turn the air conditioner units off during the evening. We did not have a meal there, but certainly enjoyed the one night. The location is perfect, the students were able to swim off the pier, we could walk to the town center for meals in less than five minutes at a leisurely pace. We felt completely safe - there was a securiy guard on duty all night - he was still there at 8 am. We will definitely stay at the Seafront Inn on our next visit to PG!

The San Pedro Sun recommends the Sea Front Inn as a clean, comfortable and unique hotel centrally located in Punta Gorda. Great staff, super clean rooms and great view.

My sister and I and our husbands spent one night there and stayed in the angelfish room. The room was very clean and all we needed for an overnight stay. The receptionist was very helpful as well as the night staff.Larry, the owner, was very accomodating with all our inquiries and the view was terrific.Just a short leisurely walk to town to the marketplace saturday morning then off to the airport which was made easy thanks to the staff there who called the taxi and assisted in making sure all went smoothly. All in all, I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel in the little town of Punta Gorda. Hats off to Larry and Carol!!!

Room Tip: Angelfish room was very clean with 1 king and one double and good shower and a/c and balcony right a...

After a long day's travel, what a treat to be able to just cross the street from Sea Front and swim in the ocean off their pier. This was our second stay at Sea Front Inn. We spent 3 weeks here in 2008 in one of the apartments, which met our needs perfectly for a longer stay. So, of course, this was our first choice when we returned in March 2012, just for two nights. We found the hotel room (Manatee is our favorite) comfortable with a good shower and balcony with ocean view. The continental breakfast was more than ample. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Carol and Larry, the owners, found us looking for a place for dinner, and took us with them to a local restaurant. This is a good place for people using public transportation in Belize. The bus to and from Belmopan and Dangriga stops right in front of the inn.

Room Tip: Manatee on the second floor is particularly spacious, with an ocean view from the balcony.

Do not visit this inn if you're looking for a 5 star hotel. Although the owners are great, the room is pretty basic. We thought we were getting a room with it's own balcony...we were on the second floor and shared the balcony with everyone on that floor. The bathroom is extremely small and the sink has no hot water...ours also had a broken handle for the cold water! Breakfast was on a tray on the 3rd floor and was a bagel or muffin and instant oatmeal and "make it yourself" coffee. All that being said, the staff is great and the view can't be beat. That alone might be worth it for some...

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feed back on your stay at our hotel. We are disappointed that your stay wasn't all that it could have been. I hope that you reminded the staff about the broken handle in the bathroom. I would like to assure you that we strive to handle repairs quickly or else provide you with another room that is more suitable. We will work toward making your stay as pleasant as possible. Belize is a beautiful country and we want to do our part in making your trip here memorable in the most positive way possible. In the future, we hope to have you as a guest again. When you do return, please mention that you were here before and we will try to make sure that this next visit is the best that it can be, and solve any problems before you are distressed. Again, thank you for staying at the Sea Front Inn and we look forward to having you again!!

Arrived late afternoon from trip from the States to a welcome relaxed professional atmosphere. Greeted by Larry (Larry and Carol are the owners who are long term residents of the area knowledgeable in the language(s) and cultural aspects of the whole area). A definite plus in regards to advise for travelers. Larry recommended an excellent restaurant of a former Chef for the Radisson Hotel in Belize with Lobster and Shrimp dishes for my travel partner and I that should be on the best TV cooking shows and in World Class cookbooks. The large tiled shower stall and strong hot shower felt like heaven. Internet wifi, cable multi channel TV with American and local shows for anyone's liking. For the tropical heat, the A/C and ceiling fan together made for a wonderful restful sleep. The view of the ocean is the best for Punta Gorda's hotels and the continental breakfast overlooking the ocean was very pleasant. Great value especially as Larry and Carol and the hotel staff were very attentive to all of the guests needs. Will stay there again on my next visit to Punta Gorda!
