We were in PG last December and had the pleasure of eating at Gomier's Restaurant. We (a party of 5) arrived on the later side and didn't know if it was open or not, and then Gomier came out with menus and proceeded to make all of our different meals from scratch. It took a bit of time but was so worth the wait!! I got a coconut curry tofu veggie dish with brown rice and still remember it 7 months later. It was that good. He also makes amazing soy ice cream that we had at least 3 or 4 times in our few days in PG. Gomier is a delightful man who is a wonderful cook!
