“Jaguars are rare”

The jaguar are rare to see as they are nocturnal animals, but you can see a lot of flora & fauna, & jaguar tracks. You can float down the river too, if you want.

“Can not rate higher. A forever moment”

Pay the $80 to $100 dollars. Its worth twice the price. You dive and swim in waterfalls and naturally carved rock pools. You take an inner tube through a lazy jungle river. You see fascinating bugs birds and animals. Doyle seems like he was raised by Jaguars, he knows so much about the place. Do this or be missing the experience of a lifetime. Why did you go to Belize if not to immerse yourself in Paradise?

The best part of this tour has to be the guide. He is very professional, extremely knowledge and just AWESOME! I was a but nervous about the rock sliding and river tubing since I am not a strong swimmer. NO worries here. Doyle made sure I was safe and comfortable at all times. The tour begin with a short hike where you learn about local plants, insects, birds and more! It is very interesting and Doyle does an excellent presentation. Next is the river tubing. Very relaxing! the water feels refreshing and I must say I had the BEST GROUP EVER!!! Jealous much? Well hold off on that because there is more. The tour come with a lunch which is...yep you guessed it yummy! I cannot say enough about this trip except bring: a person to share the experience with, your camera (waterproof is good) lots of bug spray, water shoes and sunscreen and get ready for an adventure! No worries regardless of your group-you'd have to be dead not to enjoy this trip with Doyle. If your'e in Placencia or planning to go just ask for the Cockcombs tour with Doyle. You won't regret it!!

“Amazing Tour!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2012

I had an amazing time on this tour. Doyle was a great guide. He's very knowledgeable and made every part of the tour fun! The hike was beautiful and we were lucky to see a variety of birds and two groups of howler monkeys howling back and forth at each other. The river tubing was refreshing. The waterfall water sliding was a blast and Doyle shows you the best way to slide down. Lunch was also provided and was delicious. Had a great day! Thanks again Doyle.

“Rock Sliding!!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 31, 2012

This was an amazing day and on of the highlights of our trip. My friend and went on Doyle's tour for some land time after several days of diving. This tour ended up being a perfect land/water mix. The tour started with Doyle taking us on a hike through the reserve and showing us medicinal uses of several of the plants and pointing out various wildlife. After that we grabbed some tubes and floated down the river. After a bit, we exited the river and went rock sliding! This is basically Doyle helpign you safely slide down a series of water falls. It was a blast! Doyle was informative and provided an amazing experience.
