one of my enduring memories of Belize will be of the daily struggle to find a half decent cup of coffee of a morning; for most of the 3 weeks or so i spent in the country i was obliged to make do with very poor approximations of what is expected of a good cup.
Keith changed all that. no more of those dainty little cups of the type grandma uses to entertain her friends, half full of a tepid tan-coloured liquid reminiscent of urine; he provides good sized servings of sufficient strength to kick start even the most sluggish of metabolisms, good conversation and a delightful setting in which to enjoy both.
there is also wifi, reading material, a lethargic dog, birds, squirrels and some foodstuffs available.
