Fresh fry-jacks to die for with mango jam. Pina colada's that are rich and a great panty ripper. Service is relaxed and very friendly. We have made two trips to Belize and De Tatch was a must have on both. In 2005 the floor was beach sand but now they have solid wooden floors throughout. We were sad to see the sand disappear and the local cat that wandered through looking for handouts. Azure blue waves lap at the shore 50 ft from your table, palms filter the harsh sunlight while a cool ocean breeze fans you as you sample fresh Belizean cuisine. The staff lower windows drop down to keep you dry when storms and rain blow in so your dining is not interrupted. We are already planning another trip and De Tatch will see more of our business then too.
