Absolutely wonderful! On our flight here, 3 fellow tourists told us their fave Placencia restaurant is Rumfish. So...we had to try it. Wowwie! So happy we did! Unaware of the operating hours, we were welcomed at around 11:00 a.m. with open arms by Jennifer, the manager and Ezekiel, Server Extrodinere!! We had already ordered our first round of deliciously refreshing house made tropical rum drinks, before we realized that the restaurant doesn't open until noon!!
No worries, Ezekiel told us as he presented the menu! Then, when my hubby said we had heard the pork chops are a must, Ezekiel said. .."that's on our dinner menu, but...just one second"..and came back after a quick confab w/The Chef and smiled broadly as he announced, we are happy to make our pork chop for you now!!!
The chops, garlic fries, drinks service were absolutly outstanding!!! Our Thanks to Jennifer, Ezekiel and The Chef for a wonderful, fun, relaxing and memorable "brunch"!
We'll see you on our next trip.
