Have used them for dozens of tours over the years and they are always perfect. Comfortable transportation and knowledgeable staff and guides.

The ATM tour is the highlight of our trip and needs to be on everyone's list who comes to Belize. Pacz tours was great. They took time to show our group different jungle plants along our walk to the cave. Once inside the cave the tour guide took extra time to tell us about the mayan culture and really set the stage for the artifacts we were about to see. Our group was the second one to enter the cave and the second to last to leave. All the other groups seemed like the guides were rushing them through. Seeing all the pottery, and skeletons was a trip into another world. I want to come back and do it again. Well worth the money.

A must see!!! Please note, unless you are claustrophobic, afraid of the dark, or heights, or small spaces, (must be able to squeeze through some rock walls) or caves, or swimming (have life jackets)or unable to climb, or are pregnant or injured... you MUST go see this awesome place!!! We had a great time! Our tour guide was Oscar. Very nice, knowledgeable (as much as they can know.. of Mayan ruins) bring water and snack, dry clothes, towel, extra shoes or flipflops. They provide lunch after. Wears clothes you can swim and climb in..you will be soaked :). Wear closed toed shoes with socks. No cameras or cell phones allowed! Have fun!!!

We went on the ATM tour today with Pacz tours. The caves are very beautiful with authentic Maya relics inside and our guide Carlos knew alot about it. Itś really an adventure to be underground and in the water. There are some other tour operators going there but we especially booked with pacz so we could do it together with friends of ours who were staying at another hotel. Our friends especially changed the day of their booking to go to ATM with us. We emailed back and forth with the Pacz management to arrange this. In the end they still put us in different groups which was very disappointing and for me I was mostly disappointed that nobody of the Pacz organisation made excuses for this, they just blamed eachother and didn seem to care. Also they were not consistent with mentioning the departure time which caused us to be suprised when our guide was in front of our hotel 30 min early. Also the lunch of the other tour operators looked way better. So it wasn't bad at all but I believe they could have been more considerate, especially for the amount of money you pay.

Bob was so accommodating - he changed plans for us numerous times and was super flexible. Our tour guide was fantastic while cave tubing! He was fun , funny and safe! Would highly recommend Pacz! All the locals also say it's the best company!
