“Combination Great Restaurant, Art Gallery and Accomodations!”

No comment on the accomodations because we have never stayed overnight but the restaurant serves fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner specials that include both Belizian dishes and North American meals. Portions are very generous, service very good and they usually have a variety of fresh squeezed citrus, watermelon, papaya juices. The upscale art gallery affords visitors an opportunity to browse beautiful local wood carvings and artists exhibiting paintings and other crafts. Nice clean washrooms and free WiFi! The Orange Gallery is a very popular spot with locals and tourist alike...I am surprised it is not reported on Trip Adviser as of yet.

“Great food great service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 24, 2013

What a great find for a place to eat! The food was bountiful, great and inexpensive! We had lunch there one afternoon then stayed the night in San Ignacio, then before the ATM tour we went back and had breakfast! Had we have known they had guest rooms we definitely would have stayed there vs go into San Ignacio ( what a nasty city that was!) to spend the night. There is no need to go past Orange!!! Just stay there! Beautiful grounds as well as a great gift store!

“Any kind of food you can imagine is on the menu!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 9, 2013

We stopped by the Orange Gallery Restaurant for lunch last week. This place is the Wall Drug of Belize where you will see signs advertising it as far away as Placencia air port, and they tell you how far away you are. It is about two hours from Placencia by car in the Cayo area, right on the Western Highway. The menu includes every type of food you can imagine from Italian to USA, to Chinese food. The food I got was excellent and the atmosphere is very relaxed and nice. A hummingbird came up to a flower behind my wife as we were eating! I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area as a great place to eat and do some souvenir shopping as well.

“Lucky Find”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 7, 2012

We were looking for a place to stay in the jungle and sifted through the hundreds of places in the area. We couldn't find a place that wasn't in the city that wasn't also down a 5 mile dirt road and very expensive. After many frustrating email correspondence with other hotels we found Orange (formerly Caesar's) and just went with it. So glad we did!

We took a bus from Belize City to San Ignacio. If we had known we could have stopped the bus anywhere we could have just had them drop us off right at Orange's doorstep, they are right on the main road. We missed it though and had to take a taxi back out there. It's a nice distance from town if you want to be off the radar, but still very accessible.

Stacy, oh Stacy, we love you. We got there pretty late in the evening and Stacy got us all set up in an adorable room and gave us a discount for the low season. Even though we were likely the only guests there the restaurant was still open and we had an amazing meal.

The restaurant was amazing. Free range eggs and organic options! Fresh squeezed juices and great coffee. Everything was delicious. They have a great bar, and while we're not drinkers we did like having a Belizian beer with dinner.

It was extremely affordable for the room and the restaurant was fantastic and not expensive either. The grounds are beautiful too, flowers everywhere, they take great care of it.

We had only one day in Belize and asked Stacy what to do. She said that hands down we should do the ATM cave tour. She took care of all the arrangements for us that night and the next morning our private guide picked us up. It was incredible and we could not have been happier with the recommendation. It came with a great lunch and they even offered vegetarian. It was also a lot less expensive then the day trips other hotels offered. Since Stacy had done it before she gave us all the tips. The guide was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything seemed catered to our tastes and how we liked to do things, so nice. They made everything so easy.

Oh, and we utilized the laundry service which was a life saver. I was sad when my clothes stopped smelling like they did when we got them back. They even folded our underwear.

Before we left we picked up a ton of little gifts and jewelry for our family and friends. They ship anything and once we have room I'm sure we'll order up some of the fantastic art.

Such a great find, we'll definitely just stay there again when we go back someday!
