Everything about our experience with Crystal was fantastic. They picked us up from the water taxi after the first stop on our trip, which was Caye Caulker. We got a nice 4x4 as requested. Paperwork was quick and easy. They gave us some helpful tips for getting around Belize, including routs to avoid traffic when returning to the airport. They provided a cooler and a cell phone, which both came in very handy. The car worked great and the return process was also quick and easy. As a bonus, their main office in Belize City (not the one at the airport) is the most unique and cool rental car office I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend Crystal.

We have been coming to Belize for 13 years. We don't always rent a car when we come, but when we do rent - we have always used Crystal. We just returned from a trip where I had actually decided to try another company with a US brand name. We arrived to pick up our car and it was not ready - and looked a little beat up. They were nice but suggested we take a car that was smaller - and not a possibility with 5 travelers and luggage. We ran down to Crystal and we were out the door with a car big enough, in good shape, and even a cooler. I think we will just stick with Crystal from now on. Thanks again!

The pick-up at a busy transportation terminal was without problem; the friendliness at their main office was wonderful. We had lunches packed and were kind of hungry so they invited us to eat at a table in the relaxing entry lobby - and brought us cold water. We sat in a quiet office to do all the paperwork and they made sure that everything went smoothly. The car was totally satisfactory and the loaner cooler was a wonderful touch,
