This was the last location we stayed on our honeymoon and it was by far the best out of everywhere. The room is decorated in bright tropical colors, it was immaculately clean and Luciana was a fabulous hostess.
I love that it's on back road and toward the end of the line, when we came back every night it really felt like we were leaving the city. I know CC isn't much of a city, nor is it hustle bustle but we got a great night's sleep every night and it was so much more than we expected.
You get bikes to ride around the island and purified water in your room and the water feature out front makes reading in the hammock quite divine.
This would be the only place I'd stay when we return. Thank you Luciana for such a wonderful experience!

Room Tip: I don't think there's a bad room at OASI, it's all around a fabulous place to stay.

We stayed at Oasi in June 2011 for two weeks. It was as close to perfect as one could wish. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor. Super comfortable, wonderfully decorated and impeccably clean. It was a dive vacation and we truly appreciated Oasi's, quiet location. Luciana and Michael are great, very welcoming and helpfull. We appreciated the fresh flowers from the garden, the bikes and other amenities.
We found our spot on Caulker and will return.

Oasi is a magical little place to stay in Caye Caulker. We were absolutely taken aback by how clean, well decorated and accommodating our room here was (we stayed in the highest priced room, and it was worth it). Luciana was the kindest, friendliest host. We instantly felt welcome and relaxed being there. The room had a big water cooler, a very clean little kitchen, a fantastic modern bathroom, lots of interesting new magazines on Belize, a clean soft bed, fresh linens, fresh flowers Luciana had picked from her garden to welcome us, and a lovely patio where we could sit, play music, hang out, sleep in a hammock, watch the goings and comings of the place, and enjoy the shade. We were provided bikes to ride around on so that we wouldn't have to walk or depend on taxis. Luciana even suggested a dock nearby where we could snorkel around for free. We chased spotted sting rays, barracudas, and lots of other little brightly colored fish around corals and plants for an entire afternoon, just down the street. It was a heavenly place, I wish we could have stayed longer, maybe forever...we will be back, and we're bringing more people to share this place with next time. Thank you for everything Luciana.

We stayed for seven nights and we had an excellent stay at OASI. Luciana was wonderful and very helpful. She gave us a map of the island and bikes for us to get around. we stayed in the downstairs unit that was very clean and comfortable. We recommed OASI for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Caye Caulker.

I think this was definitely a 5-star location compared to the island of Caye Caulker as a whole. The island is charming and has its own beauty and amazing sea but is not a luxurious resort-type of place. So if you are expecting the Four Seasons, you will be disappointed. But it was awesome! We felt like we were a guest in someone's home instead of a large impersonal hotel. Luciana is very gracious and friendly and helpful. The bikes were super great to have to get around the island. Being able to cook and have a few groceries in the fridge was a great alternative to dining out all the time. And the nap I took in the hammock on our shaded veranda was divine.

I was a little worried after reading a review of a hotel on Caye Caulker (not OASI) where the water allegedly smelled of sulphur or something. But this was definitely not the case at OASI. The water pressure and temperature were great and no odor to the water. It was important to me to have a nice shower after being out all day riding bikes through mud puddles or playing in the salty sea.

The only complaint I had about OASI at all was the two on-site doggies like to bark at other doggies passing by on the street in front of the property, but this was a minor thing . . . they are quiet when it is bedtime.

Stayed for 4 days in February 2012. Room was an efficiency apartment with A/C and ceiling fan and well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable, good rain-head shower and always hot water. The owner Luciana was very friendly and helpful. Good wi-fi reception in room. Free bikes provided for guests. Every morning my husband cycled to nearby Glenda's Bakery for warm cinnamon rolls and fresh squeezed juice from Julia's Fruit Bar for breakfast. The best restaurant on the Caye was Habaneros, and good conch fritters at Rosa's. Did a half day snorkeling trip with Hicaco - he was very kind and reassuring - I had never snorkelled before - visibility was great - saw lots of beautiful fish and coral. There is very little else to do here and would say 3 days on the Caye is probably long enough.
