We went with EZ Boy with a small group. All day. Nice lunch, great reef, enjoyable trip. You might want to take dog bisquits for the dogs on the island.

Its a way away if its a tad rough (previous day cancelled), about 70min, (35 back). Somewhat bangy but never reached uncomfortable (had some of them). Snorkelling the sheltered outside of the reef, lots of fish, but as advised few very large ones. Good fisherman lunch on island, rum punch and (tasty, fresh) conch cervice on the way back made for a delightful day.

Slightly tediously they spent 60min fishing, which was boring for everyone else.

This is one of the two places you must go to if you are on caye caulker . It is just as nice under water as above water . Bring your camera and you will never forget about it .

Turneffe Reef is about an hour from Caye Caulker beyond the barrier reef. If the wind is from the east, the ocean is very calm at Turneffe. The dive is along a wall about 100 feet deep, though the deepest we went was 80 feet. This dive is calm, peaceful, and satisfying. Many fish, lobsters, rays, and eels.
