Really liked this hotel, probably one of the best places to stay on the island!
Staff is professional, accomodating and very friendly and the rooms are spotless and well equipped. Definitely super value for money!
The only area of improvement is the breakfast, which was a little lacking but as many here say plenty of places to eat and drink on the island.
Would recommend and return to anytime.

This hotel is a must do, fabulous large rooms of an excellent standard. The owners and staff are professional and friendly from Alex on the front desk, Otis in the bar and to the lady who prepares breakfast in the morning. Great location off the Main Street. Everything in comfortable walking distance. This is relaxation at it's best.

Room Tip: Pay a little extra for sea view it's well worth it.

We stayed here for our last nights on Caulker. The pool and sunsets were great. The staff (Otis in particular) was terrific. The location is great. It is pricey (for Caulker), but after staying a couple nights in rustic lodges and more basic cabanas around Belize, we decided to end our trip with a touch of luxury, which was a great way to spend our last few nights. Our room was huge, we chose a bottom floor, poolside room.

The free breakfast way very basic, but it was sufficient and the coffee was good. There was juice, some baked goods, yogurt and fruit. It was nice to not have to run out to track down a greasy fry jack or something to bring back to eat. We could just slide out of bed, throw on shorts and a tanktop and shades and enjoy breakfast and a coffee poolside.

All in all, a great capper to our trip. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Room Tip: Stayed poolside and with no ocean view, it was fine for us we didn't feel it was worth a premium...

I enjoyed my time at Iguana Reef Inn. Upon check in we were met by Anne who was wonderful. This is a small location, very quaint and I like that it doesn't feel like a hotel. The rooms were perfect, ample, beautifully decorated with refrigerators. What I like about Iguana is that it's away from the main strip but not too far. What I didn't like was the lack of "security" at night- the place is accessible late at night, no security and no visible staff. It is located water front, not beach front and has two great pools. Decent food, mostly snacks and the breakfast was a bit lacking. I think the best about this is the staff and the rooms. Lots of great places to go to, visit and eat/drink!!
I had a great massage outside (gazebo) by Casey (?).

Room Tip: All rooms were fine

A beautiful hotel, hidden away at the back of the island where you won't be disturbed by pedestrians. It boasts a great pool with a view of sunset over the horizon. But also interestingly he lovely owners are always looking to improve and just quite genuinely want to make you feel comfortable and looked after. Just luxury.

We were greeted by Alex who gave us a tour of the property and then led us to our amazing suite...suite is the correct word for this room, complete with dining area, sitting area, two queen beds, fabulous a/c, small kitchenette area with an amazing mini fridge stocked full of items that were actually priced very fair. The bathroom had been fully updated and was equally incredible with beautiful tile work, fabulous water pressure and excellent temperature regulation.

The pool is amazing with a little bridge separating one smaller section. The property sits on the bay so the deck on the bay is the perfect spot for watching sunsets.

Each morning, Elizabeth sets up an amazing breakfast spread...fabulous local pastries, delectable fresh fruits, coffee brewed to perfection...the perfect fuel for a day of diving or snorkeling or whatever adventure you intend to pursue. In the afternoons mans the bar, mixing up amazing fruity concoctions...he also tends to every need on the deck at sunset.

The staff are all just incredibly kind and accommodating.

The linens on the bed are amazing too, and every day we had new towel art perched upon our bed...

Room Tip: We had the end room which overlooked both pool and bay...lovely...truly lovely!

This is a really nice clean stylist inn. My sister's and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it. They have a private pier to go swimming, watch the sunset and look at the sea life in the clear water. The inn is located on the protected side of the island and it's only a block to center of the town.
We also felt very safe and liked their restaurant and bar. The swimming pool is crystal clean. We felt relaxed and thankful that the owners were always willing to met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We had the least expensive rooms and they were really nice!
