Beautiful island to visit. Be sure to walk way down beyond the pier for food options. The lobster is caught locally and prepared right by you. But warning, it attracts the flies! The water is so clear and warm. It would be easy to spend the night on the island after arriving in Belize. Be careful because sometimes the water taxis depart early.

Amazing stay here. It was the first stop to our 7 week trip through Central America and it was the perfect way to start. The people here were very happy, fun and kind and everyone made an effort to make our experience great! The snorkelling and our fishing trip were the two main highlights!

Next time I go to Belize, and there will be a next time, I plan to stay right here, in Caye Caulker, the WHOLE TIME. San Pedro is only a 40 minute water taxi ride away if you want to do some activities like parasailing, jet skiing, etc....But if you are looking for a quiet caribbean vibe and a ton of peace and relaxation with wonderful people and great food on a much smaller, less populated island. This is the place. Dont expect 5 star anything....You might be on a beautiful caribbean island but you are still in Central America. The poverty and depressed state of things can be off putting.

Super relaxing. We booked a swimming with the sharks, snorkeling in the barrier reef. It was truly amazing.

Very relaxed feeling, great views and not crowded. Certainly worth a day trip, even if you're not diving or snorkeling.
