Ms. Lee and her team will make you feel like home. They have excellent coffee and other great tasting goodies. Great music wich will want you to relax for hours. Try out the special breakfast buffet. They dont put that on daily, so simply ask for it.

They do have great coffee and, if freshly baked, addictive cinnamon buns. My hubby would go there everyday to get one. I also liked the bagel with salmon and capers.

I'm gonna keep this one short and sweet. This is the best spot for coffee and a great breakfast! Try the banana pancakes! We did get sushi one night there... which was good for Caye Caulker, but it took 45mins to bring out. Get it to go and bring it to a movie down the street!

Best coffee and breakfast baked goods in Belize. Have been to them for my fix in several locations on the island over the years. Great artist as well

Caribbean Colors was so good that we never even made it to the bigger and better-known coffee/breakfast place on Front Street. The steady stream of locals coming in for their to-go morning coffee spoke volumes. Belize was not blessed with the same coffee-growing soils and climate of its Central American neighbors, so expat American owner Lee works constantly to obtain, import and blend her own coffee beans. The restaurant seems to have started as a sideline to the art gallery where Lee displays her creations and those of others. Breakfasts range from fresh fruit of the day with yogurt and granola to big breakfasts like banana pancakes and omelettes. Seating on the outdoor porch is very cramped and limited, so get there early or take a seat inside in the art gallery and wait for others to leave. The bird's-eye view of the Front Street action is worth the wait!
