Every time we passed this place it was busy so we thought we'd check it out. We visited for New Year's Day breakfast, we were lucky and managed to get a table for two right away but the place was full with more people queuing up constantly.
The food itself was really good but we had to wait over half an hour for a simple breakfast and a panini. The service was friendly but there were errors with our orders and when we asked for the bill we waited 20 minutes before going in to pay at the till.
We were obviously not the only people waiting a long time or receiving slightly erroneous orders. The silly thing is that one more member if staff would have sorted all these glitches out. They must have known NYD would be busy, it's probably their busiest breakfast of the year so they ought to have been prepared.
