After 8 weeks on the road we wanted to treat ourselves on caye caulker. We couldn't have picked better place to stay. Bobby the manager was great from the start. The suite we got was amazing and felt just like home, we really didn't want to leave. Best part also thy have a pool and a roof top jaucuzzi with the best views on caye caulker.
Thanks Bobby for all your help and making it a great stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location next to the Split and swimming and obviously walking distance to everywhere as the island is so small.
Spacious, nicely furnished apartments but the beds were hard and the pillows uncomfortable so sleep could have been better.
Nice pool and rooftop area.
Wifi not reliable unfortunately and the TV was tiny for such a big lounge!
I would have liked more toiletries as we ran out of shampoo after just one day and had to keep asking to have it replaced as well as for clean towels and emptying of the bins.
There was also construction work going on right outside which started at about 8am every morning incl Saturday and Sunday which was obviously not that great.

Room Tip: If you want to use both bed/bathrooms there is an additional charge.

Thank you for giving us your feed-back SaraNW3. We want to give our guests the best possible experience, and comments are thus most helpful for our continual improvement.

The best guest experience is achieved when any niggles are raised at the time of your stay. This gives us a chance to correct, explain or otherwise compensate. It appears this opportunity was missed and we regret you did not better enjoy your stay.

The mattresses are a quality orthopaedic brand which the overwhelming majority of our guests prefer. We acknowledge, however, that some guests would rather have a softer alternative. With this in mind we will now source some memory foam topper mattresses.

We realise that WiFi is important to our guests. Our Wi-Fi equipment is professionally specified, installed and maintained and is thus usually very reliable. Most problems guests have are rooted in Belize Telecommunications over whom we have no control.

It is a hotel policy, displayed on both our booking page and payment page, to maid service the apartments every three days, on request - or more often for a small charge. This is to reduce the amount of waste while meeting our guests various needs. More toiletries or clean towels are available free of charge, on request, any time- just ask!

A property to the north is undertaking building works which can sometimes be disturbing. We would have happily moved you to another apartment had we known you were being disturbed. Apologies for the inconvenience. We understand they plan to finish before the Christmas season.

I hope we can accommodate you again in the future and gain a five star rating.

If you want to experience the laid-back vibes of Caye Caulker without giving up the luxury mod cons, this is the place. In contrast to the backpacker budget choices on the island these condos have a pool, a roof jacuzzi with a 360-degree water view and air conditioning that's almost TOO powerful. This comes at a price but we felt it was a good value for the money. Food is fairly cheap on the island, so you won't cook much, but drinks can really add to your restaurant bill. You save a lot by visiting the supermarket and enjoying your rum drinks on the condo balcony or roof. Most of the time we had the roof or pool to ourselves. Two bed/two bath arrangement perfect for our family of 3, but could sleep up to six. Bedrooms were very quiet and comfy. Showers had plenty of solar-heated hot water. We stayed for one week in Penthouse #5 and after a day of diving, we enjoyed happy hour while watching the shrimp stick man, assorted stray dogs and other reality shows unfolding on Front Street beach. Sunrises were awesome with morning coffee and cinnamon rolls bought from the bakery the day before. We had a couple of stormy days which knocked out the internet, but Bobbi and crew quickly got it back on. They are just a phone call away if you need anything and they give you a local cell phone to reach them. Every room in our condo had a view and the location on the nicer end of the island is great, not far from the split. There's a small private beach and our son took out the building's kayak. We didn't want to leave. A perfect stay!

Room Tip: Go for a penthouse if you don't mind stairs, but all the rooms are nice, tastefully furnished wi...

We stayed in one of the penthouses, #6. The rooms are large, the kitchen is spacious and the balcony is awesome with the hammock. It is so close to everything. The pool was a nice size and great place to cool of in. The rooftop deck was cool, we had dinner up there one night. The beds are a little hard though!

We asked for the smallest condo and were given Room 1. It was up a short flight of stairs (I’m so glad we weren’t higher up.), and it was huge, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Lovely and comfortable. The location is great. We were one block from beach swimming at the split, tour companies and restaurants. We were very happy with it and would return. The one negative is that the sofa smells of mildew, and that spread to our clothes.

Room Tip: The stairs are fairly steep. I liked having a lower room. It's really quiet there. Pool noise w...

These condos are individually owned. The one were stayed in was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked if you felt like cooking. Lol! Not what I would do on vacation but hey to each his own. The pool was clean and the lounge chairs comfy. It is a very convenient location as well.

Highly recommended place to stay on the island. Very modern and clean compared to some of the older hotels/condos/rentals on the island. Perfect place to relax and enjoy Caye Caulker. Right across the street from the ocean with an amazing balcony view.
