We ate lunch here before Shark Ray Alley. We had nachos and chicken. Was very good. Service was adequate, and on island time. Free wifi. Enjoyed it.

The first place we ate on the island. The ceviche was very good, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly, but the service, at the time seemed a bit on the slow side. NOW I realize that we are in Belize, and the pace is much slower, than in North America. Which is a good thing! We will eat there again

We had a couple of meals here during a visit earlier this month. Service is really slow, but we understand there is some financial difficulty that could be affecting staff morale. That said, the food was OK, but I would not go so far as to say "very" good as many reviewers have. Lobster seems to be their signature dish - I had it both times. Once was a generous portion of lobster kabobs and the other was a lobster omelet. They were both a bit bland but good enough. Note that lobster here is very different if used to eating lobster from Maine! Hubby had a burger one day, deemed "below average" and huevos rancheros " not the greatest" on another day. But of course we are from New Mexico so are used to some pretty awesome rancheros!

From the ceviche, the lobster fritters, the coconut shrimp curry, to the absolutely fabulous Banana Colodas (made with local rum), I would recommend this for a lunch or dinner stop while on the island. I think I ate here at least three times!
