We had a great location right on the beach. Nice pool and amenities and a private dock right in front for the boats
to pick us up. It was walking distance from the airport and the town with a lot of great restaurants.

We are having a great stay at the palms
A very professional and courteous staff and what a gorgeous view
And conveniently located to all the activity in San Pedro
The water here is a very comfortable 85° and so was the air

Great place with amazing staff! It's in a perfect location close to town for dining and shopping yet far enough away for peace and quiet. The villas are comfortable and supply everything you need for a week in paradise. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and answer questions and give advice.my only issue is that they don't provide enough sun lounging chairs for all the guests, and it would be great if they would put loungers out on the beach like they do next-door at Ramon's. I'm definitely planning on coming back next year and hope that maybe by then the chair situation will be corrected and there will be chairs for everyone who wants one. ( but don't let the lack of chairs turn you away from this little gem of a place )

Room tip: Definitely go for a ground floor beach front as it's wonderful to step out your front doors and be steps away from the beach

This place was amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful and the location could not be beat. You can step out the door onto the beach or into the pool depending on what you're looking for. It's close enough to the village center to walk to but far enough away that the music and partying won't keep you up all night. They have bikes you can use at anytime to explore even more of the island and a golf cart if you want to get around quickly. (the golf cart available at no cost after 6:00pm, otherwise they cost money.) multiple beach front bars and restaurants are within a 500ft radius so legs will do just fine for a means of transport. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Room tip: the casita or rooms on the first floor like 12,14 are spacious and no stairs.

We rented the Casita, and we're so happy we found this place. It's very spacious for two people, beautiful carved solid wooden doors, stone counters in the kitchenette, spotless, beautifully landscaped pool with waterfall just steps from our door, air conditioning and ceiling fans, decorated with local art. Since the grounds are so well landscaped with tropical plants, there are birds around and we wake up to tropical bird-song. The Casita is behind the main building, so the beach is just a very short walk away and the whole place is a short walk from downtown SP, either via the beach or on the streets. The beach out in front of The Palms is very clean and you can walk right down to the water, unlike many places that have added a sea-wall in front of their properties. The staff has been very helpful with arranging golf cart rental, and there are good bicycles to use included with our stay. Ramon's Dive Center is right next door, which makes it very easy to dive from here. There is also a place to hang wetsuits and rinse gear near the pool here. The airport runway is across the street on the back side of this part of town, so expect to hear noise from small planes during daylight hours if you're outside. Inside the Casita is very quiet.
