OK folks, if you are on the Caye, and appreciate fine dining, this stop is a must. The service was great, and the food was better. I had the lobster special and it was prepared to perfection, sweet, tender and moist. The mashed potatoes were good, and I am not a fan on mashed potatoes. My wife had the orange rum grouper and it was even better. The coconut rice was excellent. We shared the plates and agreed that Chef Judy Ann had prepared the perfect grouper. A bottle of Proseco and it was a great meal, and we are really picky. To prove it, our one complaint was the Mosquitos, as this is an open air restaurant near to the lagoon. However, the proprietor was ready with the off.
