Outstanding chef, food, owners, service and above all the best and most creative food on any island I have ever been to--and trust me I have been to them all. This restaurant in NY or LA would require reservations 3 months out. Not to be missed! I read all the trip advisor reviews and, other than one that must be bogus or a jealous lover, it seems that everyone else who has dined here LOVES the wonderful gastronomic experience and agrees with me! Bravo to the owners for selecting such a fabulous chef. I cannot wait for my next vacation on Ambergris! Laura Anne
