My wife and I both had drinks and a traditional Belizian dish for lunch. Both were very good but the only two words you need to know are CONCH FINGERS.
These were soooo good. 100% Conch lightly battered and served with a very tasty dipping sauce. Just add a dash of Marie Sharps fiery hot and you're good to go. Extremely fresh, tender and tasty, if you like conch, this is a must.
