My husband and I were in San Pedro in July 2012 for our honeymoon and booked two tours with Tuff E Nuff. Our first excursion was to Hol Chan Marine Reserve, we opted for the catamaran tour. The catamaran was so much fun. It goes slow....but it was so relaxing. All our other excursions throughout our honeymoon involved long, bumpy car or boat rides, so the catamaran trip was a great change and very enjoyable! Once we got to the reserve our tour guide James was so much fun. He was very passionate and he really made our day when he found his favorite fish and really freaked out with excitement! It was also fun to see the tour guides catching the nurse sharks and letting us pet them, very cool. The ride back was great, they provide some snacks and drinks! Our second tour with Tuff E Nuff was to Mexico Rocks. Our guide was Danny, he was very nice, fun, and professional. Mexico Rocks was nice because it is a bit more shallow and just a different experience. The best part was when Danny found a spot to stop with nurse sharks and schools of fish. He let a girl in our group hold some bait while tons of fish swarmed around her and snacked! He also found a couple eels hiding and coaxed them out so we could see them. It was amazing! Overall, we really enjoyed our tours with Tuff E Nuff. Their office was located right outside our hotel (Belizean Shores) which was very convenient. All of their staff was fun and friendly. We also purchased their water taxi pass and took it several times a day between our hotel and town. They were always on time and accountable.

We stayed at Coco Beach Resort for 6 days and booked multiple excursions with Tuff E Nuff. We came back and haven't stopped talking about our experance with our tours. William our first tour guided was so inspirational the pride he showes of his home land of Belize. He made the trip so memorable with the facts he shared with us. We were so inspired by his teachings , he was always aware of our surroundings and made us aware of uniqueness of the jungle and Belize history. We zip lined with Mario and Daniel and once we start we had no fear of the ride. Mario and Daniel said trust them, and that was what we did and they made it the best experance. William took us cave tubing and what an incredible experance once again he had made it to be for us!

These are the people we wish could always be our tour guides throught our travels. Incredible and professional from begining to the end.

Wow! We chose this tour group for its convenience as its associated with the resort where we were staying. We did a combo tour: mayan temple, cave tubing, and zip lining. We received a discount for paying cash, bringing our total to $260 US per person. This including round trip water taxi from the resort to the island airport, round trip airline tickets to the mainland, transportation to and from the sites, breakfast (basically a breakfast sandwich and beverage), and lunch. The transportation began at 6 am, and we returned to our hotel at about 630 pm. Yup, an entire day of awesomeness for a few hundred bucks (most of the time is spent traveling however). Although the cave tubing wasn't too exciting, the rain forest zip lining was AWESOME, despite the incredible downpour (it is the rain forest after all). Our favorite part by far was the visit to the Mayan Temple Xunantunich. Although the site was incredible, it was our tour guide Andre who really made the visit great. He was very knowledgeable not only of the site, but of Belize in general. More than once we have been on a "tour" where it consisted of nothing more than a guy driving us to a site and saying, "there it is, we leave in an hour."

I would advise you bring snacks as breakfast is lite, and lunch came later than I would've hoped. If you are scared of heights, like my wife, this is the time to step outside of your comfort zone and get a view of the rainforest via zipline, you won't be disappointed.
