the setting, on the shores? wonderful. the service? attentive and sharp. the food, delicious, plenty well crafted and thoughtfully and beautifully presented. we found several places where the the food was good in San Pedro but Wild Mango's was outright novel cuisine in what was otherwise a town with little food and recipe diversity. there are three hand made sauces on the table when you sit, be cautious until you are certain which is the hottest, it is deceptive on first taste. we enjoyed a Belizean twist on vegan lasagna that left this carnivore saying wow. the desserts were luscious. the food was presented with the intentionality of a chef and that there was a chef operating the kitchen and crafting the menu was evident with each amazing bite. A MUST!
