My wife and I just by accident found George's Kitchen for lunch during our recent trip (we were craving a hamburger and they made a great one). The food was just so down-home good, we went back two more times. The second time George cooked a delicious filet mignon steak topped with a light gravy with mushrooms that you could cut with a fork and cooked to perfection. The third time we went and had one of the best "true" chicken fried steaks I have ever had. Their fresh toasted garlic bread is to die for! I almost asked Marie to give me a "to go" box of the bread to take back to our hotel.
