We loved our trip to San Pedros. The condos are quiet , comfortable and lovely. Coco Locos swim up bar is so much fun. Lay in the hammock and order a "Linda" from Marlon - very refreshing. Play a game of Walhooky and enjoy happy hour and the island breezes. Roger and Susan are not only property managers but concierge/hosts/whatever you want them to be. They go above and beyond any hotel we've ever stayed at and we travel a lot.

The primary reason why the Landings continues to be number one: Susan and Roger. They are hosts par excellence and could not have been more helpful in setting the stage for a perfect vacation: airline reservations made from Belize to San Pedro, cases of water, beer and coke awaiting in the fridge, a golf cart ride taking us from the airport to our condo, a cell phone with relevant numbers keyed in (suggested pizza was fantastic and water ferry number used frequently), visits in the morning for garbage pick-up, laundry service, and just loads of personal advice and information. We stayed for three weeks in Feb/March in a one bedroom two bath condo at #2 Bermuda Landing. Everything one could want was in this tastefully decorated condo; indeed, the owners left their personal touch throughout and this made it seem much homier than any resort hotel could hope to be. All this and a swimming pool two steps from our patio where we had the most fantastic view of the ocean. Hammocks or lounges, they were both there on “our”almost private beach. And at the end of this “private” beach was Coco Locos, a bar with swim-up seats. I had my first “panty ripper” there! By using the ferry each day to transport us to different parts of the beach, walking for three miles and then picking up the ferry to take us home, we established a routine that allowed us to explore or view all the resorts and condos on the water. A friendly neighbour lent us bicycles, an amenity that helped us explore both islands from the beach and from the road. Walking and riding, we saw much of the island and all of the resorts from the beach side; renting a golf cart one day meant we also saw undeveloped areas on the south island that we were unable to reach by ferry. Having seen both sides of most resorts and rental condos, we feel we really lucked out by staying at Bermuda Landing. This is one place we will certainly consider for a long term winter stay. Once again, trip advisor reviews have served us well.

We traveled with another couple and had a great week in San Pedro. We booked everything online and without ever visiting Belize before didn't know what to expect. We can't imagine arriving and not having Susan and Roger to meet us to show us everything from the golf cart rental shop, to the tour of town, to the best places to eat and drink. Our condo was great! Everything we could've asked for and more! We hope to be back soon.

"Really?, you booked your vacation on line?", everyone has asked.
Of course! just read the reviews.
My husband and I stayed in unit C-3 at Bermuda Landing the last week of February 2010 and did absolutely nothing! That was our plan. Keep in mind you can keep busy every hour of the day & night in the area.
We have been fortunate to have traveled to many islands, and have never met so many nice people. Everyone was so friendly.
Coco Loco's toasted coconut nibbles were a treat.
Many thanks to Susan & Roger, our perfect hosts.

As we arrived by Tropic air from on a small plane, Susan and Roger, our hosts, picked us up by golf cart and brought us to our condo. We knew by then that this would be a unforgettable trip and it was.

We reseved this trip in June ( about 6 months in advance). Susan from the start was very helpful in aswering all my questions about the location, the accomodation, what we can do etc.

When we arrived on Dec 25th, Roger and Susan had already reserved our night out so we only had to show up at the restaurant if we wanted to. That was great so we did not have to run around trying to find a place available for Christmas.

The Condo Bermuda Beach B2. It was very clean and comfortable, had all we needed. We were two couples and both had our own room and own bathroom. It was well decorated. We loved the stand up bar area where we ate our meals. The view from the balcony is great, we can see the palm trees, the pool and of course the Ocean with it's bleu and turquoise colors.

The condo is just south of the bridge, the roads are very bumpy by golf cart but well worth it so you can see more of the island. The restaurant food is great, we ate very well. The guys even cooked a chicken on the bbq available to all guests, it was delicious.
There is not much of a beach on Ambergris caye this is what is special about the island. Don't worry you can still pull up a lounge chair and sunbathe on the sand near the ocean, but don't think you will have your toes in the water as the tide comes up, there is a wall in front of the Condo. But that was no problem for us.
You also have access to three pools that are very clean. And we can't forget the Coco Locos pool bar. It was great to stop by and have a drink during the day.

Walking distance there was a great restaurant/bar : Legends burger house with delicious burgers and great entertainement, well worth walking over.

We went on a few excursions. The shark ally was our favorite as we swam with the sting rays and the sharks. Once again Susan and Roger were very helpful in reserving the trips for you and the guide picks you up right on the dock of the condo. The other one we did was a trip to Lamanai mixed with boat and bus rides to the Mayan ruines. On the way, we saw some birds, dolphins and manatees. Once we get there we had lunch and a guided tour of the ruins. We even climbed a pyramide. The view was great from the top. Worth the climb. We also saw some howler monkeys. The last excursion we did was a half day of snokeling (mexico rocks) we loved that also as we saw many fish and a Eagle ray.. Amazing!!!

The rest of the time we wandered around the island on our golf cart and stopped to see the amazing views and flora.

We did however have some days of rain, there is not much to do on those days, but we just relaxed and stayed in our comfortable condo.

Great thanks to Susan and Roger that helped us with anything we needed. We understand now why they chose Belize for their home, it's wonderful!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our friends' destination wedding. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property and facilities were beautiful. Our condo for the week was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Roger and Susan were excellent hosts. From arranging day trip excursions to making recommendations for restaurants and other essential shopping needs, they made sure we were taken care of all week. We will definitely be back, and will 100% be staying at the Landings at Tres Cocos!
