Oversized room with a large HD TV. Very comfy sitting area with space to spread and work. No issues withe the wireless like I find at some locations and a well trained staff.

I am very picky when I travel and this Hyatt Place had nice large rooms for my kids to spread out in and the rooms were very clean. What really made our trip was the nice friendly staff that we encountered in every area of the hotel during our visit. Thanks for making our trip easy and fun.

Hyatt Place NorthPoint Mall is not a good hotel. The staff was not over friendly at check in and the room was awful. Bathroom had lots of mildew, faulty fixtures, floor was dirty, corners were filthy, ants and spiders in the bathroom and this were its good points. The hotel staff does not keep this hotel secure. The room across from ours sat 3 dirty diapers in a trash can out in the hall and they were still sitting their when we left the next day. Other guests were fighting in the hall, screaming, cussing, babies running & crying in the halls all night long. Smokers had to constantly go in out slamming the doors to go downstairs to smoke outside. It was horrible and the next morning the staff blamed it on a concert. This hotel is seriously in need of a management upgrade, more staff, and train them to keep control of the hotel or throw unruly guest out. Drug addicts, drunks, and unwatched children all night made sure we will never stay here again. Plus bring your Raid can as the bugs come out from everywhere when the lights go off. The room only had 1 trash can unlike other Hyatts who have at least 2.

I stayed at this hotel on a Thursday night. I arrived late, about 9:30. The lobby bar area was fairly crowded and a little loud. Check in was quick with the kiosk. The room was very nice, king suite. One tv, but it was easily visible from the bed or sitting area. The bathroom was nice enough. The faucet in the tub was clearly much older. The room had been renovated and was nice, but the faucet was skipped. I was at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor, so I noticed no noise issues from other rooms or from the hallway.

The free breakfast was ok, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit. The purchased food from the lobby was pricey, but in line with what would be expected from a hotel. All in all, a nice place to stay. A few minor issues but nothing of any real importance.

This is a very nice, very stylish hotel. The rooms are quite large and very well decorated. This is a good hotel to stay at if you are only staying a night or so. For the cost of the room though, I would like to at least have a microwave in the room. The ice machine wasn't even located on the floor we were staying. If this was a road-side motel I wouldn't even mention that, but I expected a little more out of the Hyatt Place.
