The service was excellent and the food was also. Our waiter was very cordial and helpful...especially with explaining the menu and offering suggestions of popular items if we were interested. One very fascinating thing I loved about this restaurant is that you can see the people in the kitchen (by design) preparing the various meals/desserts for their guests.
This was our first time eating here, and was amazed to find out that Pappadeux gives 'first time' guests a choice of desserts (on the house). The 'cherry on top' was when the manager game over, introduced himself, and asked if we enjoyed our dinner...very classy.
The food is served in large portions...large enough that two modest eaters can share a meal. Of course we were too full to eat our desserts, and had to get them in a 'to go' box. The meals are not cheap, but well worth the money spent. One has to pay for quality in some cases. So if you're looking for a great place to splurge without totally wrecking your bank account, I strongly recommend Pappadeux Seafood Kitchen.
