Great, upscale, fine dining restaurant like you would find in Buckhead. With live entertainment, delicious food and outstanding service, there is something for everyone at this wonderful spot. While they are known for their steaks, their Sea Bass is outstanding!

Pampas has been our special occasion destination since it's opening.
It is not only Alpharetta's premiere steak restaurant, Pampas competes with all the other high-end in the Atlanta metro area.
The SUPERLATIVES
(1) Their steaks are cooked to perfection on open-flame grill.
(2) The sides are delightfully generous.
(3) their wine list is good
(3) The ambiance is very suitable for business or special occasion
(4) Their staff is attentive

We've been going to Pampas for years - and always make it a point to enjoy Christmas Eve with family and enjoy the Massive and Succulent Bone-In-Ribeye, which one again did not disappoint. However, something else had changed as the rest of the experience was quite pedestrian - service was lacking, salads were tame, and sides were cold - which was disappointing.
I would still recommend the steaks - but will watch this space to see if the decline on the serve side continues, as there are lots of places to invest $100/person and not worry about the particulars.

Beautiful business like high end restaurant. Argentinian steakhouse slow cook over wood fire, slow process. Show and tell of steaks helpful. Bone in filet 14 oz is cook to perfection. Side dish order separately. Mashed potato is excellent. Spinach with garlic is way too salty. Fresh corn much better. Service is extremely slow and not attentive.

A great place to get a steak during the week without having to venture into Buckhead. Their brick cut fillet is my favorite.
