I can't comment on the value of the hotel since we cashed in some Best Western points for a free night at this hotel. We also weren't there very long- our flight landed later than expected (getting us to the hotel after midnight) and we checked out less than ten hours later. However, our limited time at the Acworth Inn revealed a nice hotel.
The property is comprised of older buildings in an L-shape, all two stories tall with exterior walkways. There didn't appear to be an elevators so disabled guests would be wise to request a room on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor at the far end of the complex, near a poll that appeared nice except for significant overgrowth around the fence. Our room was clean, quiet and in nice shape. The furniture was basic, although the television was a flat panel HDTV. The bathroom was small but the sink was located outside of the room with the toilet and shower and featured a large counter. My bed was the only main problem with the room- very low with a thin mattress that squeaked whenever I moved around. Definitely a minor complaint.
The hotel is located immediately off I-75 and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area if you're looking for a place to eat or simply somewhere to pick up a few items. Overall a very nice hotel that was made even better by the fact that it didn't cost us anything, although I wouldn't have had any problem paying for a room if in the area again.
