This is the first time I visit The Cheese Course and I had the broccoli cheddar soup and Italian caprese sandwich on baguette. The soup was delicious, I love broccoli cheddar soup it's my favorite so I'm an expert ;) and this one is one of the best I've had, it's not salty and it doesn't have the fake cheese flavor however it doesn't have the hearty broccoli it's more like broccoli puréed. The sandwich was very tasty and the bread was freshly baked. I love coffee and I like it bold and dark roasted which this coffee was but without the bitterness you usually get at non-coffee shops. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves soups, sandwiches, coffee, and cheese. The prices are comparable to Panera Bread but the food is better.

We went for a quick bite. We both love cheese and our sandwiches didn't disappoint. There's not much seating so you make sure you grab a table before you order.

I went to this place with my wife , and I liked it , not so expensive , the quality is really good , th service too .
When you are in the Aventura mall , and you are looking for a excellent sandwich you can't go wrong with this place , the have cheeses from different countries , I was really surprised to find there the crescenza cheese , that is coming from northern Italy , ans is my prefer it's soft white cheese , this one was made in USA , but really good , and I appreciate the fact the carry this cheese , because not a lot of people know about it .

Uncle Chuck here again with another Great Find in the Mall.

A new arrival to a spot previously occupied by a French Bistro/Pastry Shop, right across from the day spa {Leave your Diet at the door!}
The Cheese Course is a refreshing addition to the food quotient at the Mall.

An excellent selection of Sandwiches, soups, quiches etc along with some exceptional cheese sampler offerings and a delightful wine selection to wash it all down.Then have a fresh ILLY Espresso or Cappuccino with a lovely Biscotti button to top it all off.

Dragon Lady had the Tuscan Roasted Veggie sandwich with Pecorino Toscana - even better than it sounds... "just Yummy" she declared, and I had the Prosciutto de Parma with outstanding Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato on a fresh crusty baguette... Oh My!!!!

And then there is the Cheese Shop portion with a top flight selection of gourmet cheeses, Wines and Accessories.

But - the BESTpart or our two visits was the Staff. Our server/Cashier/Purveyor of Happiness, Danielle, she of the most Sparkling of Personalities, made it a most memorable visit.
If they gave ratings for Guest Satisfaction Skills Danielle gets an 11 on a 10 point scale.
and her boss Karina {also with a Delightful personality} gets an 11 too, just for having the good sense to hire and train her.

Ya gotta stop by and sample a little bit of this... or a tidy taste of that... and maybe a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc to round out the experience... you are sure to be pleased beyond all expectations.
Hopefully Danielle will be on that day...She most definitely has a
"Passion For Excellence!!!"
