All of the seafood (except the salmon) was fresh caught daily and by local fisherman. Even the sea salt used to season dishes was harvested nearby. The bar was beautiful and had traveled around the world- ask about the story behind it. Evan, our waiter, was terrific- very informative and knowledgeable about the food and the area. All dishes we had were terrific- loved the raw oysters- you can't go wrong with ordering these in Apalach. We almost hope more people don't find out about this place because we loved the quietness yet high quality of the food and service.
