We were advised by a local to avoid Boss Oyster because they are an overpriced tourist trap. Well, we were hot and thirsty and happened to walk by Boss Oyster while shopping. Liked the look of the place so decided to stop in for a dozen raw and cold beer. We had a very friendly waitress that gave prompt service. Checked out the menu and didn't think the prices were out of line with the other restaurants we visited in the area. Saw The Journey's End listed on the menu and noted it had a few of our most favorite things combined into one sandwich. Fried oysters, scallops, and shrimp piled high on a ciabatta roll with an olive mustard spread. We ordered one to share, and relaxed on the porch enjoying tasty oysters, beer, and the view. Journeys End arrived. This is one huge sandwich! Glad we decided to share. Glad we decided to give Boss Oyster a try as we are still talking about "The Sandwich" a month after our trip!
