The first time we visited, the sauce from the slaw sogged my soft tacos. That day, I know, the owners were not working. Yesterday, on our second visit, one of the owners was. I got a black bean burrito and my husband got the tempeh burrito. Both great...but I was surprised I liked the tempeh even more...because of the way they sauce and season the tempeh. Everything, again, was very fresh. We will be regulars. If you want picnic sizes, you'll need to give them a couple hours notice to have a chance to prepare (things here are fresh and made to order, so it makes sense). My only suggestion is this -- offer grilled peppers and onions to pack burritos/tacos, etc. with more vitamins. Regardless, we highly recommend Poppo's and thank them for offering vegan options.
