Hoping for a decent breakfast this AM, Ichi Ban opted for the buffet rather than some tempting-sounding offerings. I was not disappointed. With most buffets that I've experienced, something is not up to par: that was NOT what I experienced this morning. The omelet that chef Ebony prepared was the tastiest I've had in years... the potatoes still moist and flavorful, even though it was close to the end of b-fast time. Also surprisingly was the fruit which was all fresh and perfectly ripe: not a single piece served before its time. Even the coffee hit the spot: for someone who wasn't sure he wanted any more than that consumed in the room, somehow the entire pot was finished off. The love of my life ordered blueberry pancakes and orange juice, both described as yummy. The only thing better than the food itself was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. This is one team and place that has gotten it all together.

Wasn't expecting much from an airpot hotel restaurant, but this one was reasonably priced with a fine Mexican-style menu and fast, friendly service. The tortilla soup was terrific, as were the portion sizes.

Only had the crab cakes...but heard others raving about other dishes. Service was above and beyond too.

Food was good, late night typical bar food. Portions were fair prices were a little high but not outrageous. If your from the east or west coast you'd probably think the prices were reasonable.

My wife had a pasta dish which was ok, although the chicken in it was a little dry. I ordered the New York Steak which was tough, fatty and riddled with fibrous tendons. My surgical skills were no match and I shared my experience twice with the waitress who apologized, but left it at that. Overall service was slow and amateurish. I would suggest venturing outside the area, as Denver has much better to offer than this.
