This Resturant is located in a small strip mall right down from King Soopers. We've eaten there often over the years but stopped about two years ago because of inconsistent service and the small dining room.
We ate there today and the service was prompt and friendly. Also, the location has expanded and the size of their dining area has doubled. They have also extensively revamped and expanded their menu - not to worry all your favorites are still there and much more has been added. All their appetizers and dishes are very generous and fresh.
We visited today: I had their Bean Burrito with green chili and she had their Chicken Burrito. Both were good and the portions were huge. We also had their Fried Zucchini as an appetizer - it was also tasty and generous. Their breakfast menu is also extensive and we plan to do breakfast next time. They not only have a large menu there's lots of variety with plenty for every taste.
If you're in the area and you're looking for a hardy home style meal this is the place. It's frequented by neighborhood folks dropping in for a convenient meal, and people obviously dressed for business. Chances are high that you'll like the food. My only complaint is that you stand in line to pay your bill. I really don't like that so I've taken away a full star for that practice. I recommend that they change that and step up to the full service Resturant that they obviously aspire to be. I will return but during off hours where I don't have to wait to pay; I really disdain that feature.
