Absolutely loved staying at The Innsbruck in Aspen, Colorado! Justin, at the front desk, was wonderful and so helpful making the accomodations to check in. Gave us great advice on where to go and when to go to certain hotspots! Rooms were beautiful and clean, and plenty of room. Hottub was amazing, everything about this place was remarkable!

Wonderful hotel! Rooms were very nice at a reasonable price for Aspen. Gemma and Justin were helpful in setting up activities and making sure that our room was up to standards. Our son and his friend loved the game room and the pool! The two bedroom suite we had gave everyone plenty of room to relax!

We recently got a call from the hotel and they had found our son's wallet and were sending it back to us. Top notch service!

After a long day of travel and a detour through the Continental Divide, we checked into the Innsbruck. It was a wonderful weekend with four generations, including our two month old's first trip ever. We were greeted by the front desk staff with friendly smiles and superb customer service. They upgraded our family to a larger room and we loved it so much, we extended our stay. We highly recommend the Innsbruck for all who are staying in Aspen!!

We had one of the best experiences at this hotel. They were accommodating, clean, and just a wonderful home away from home. The property is well kept and the rooms were remarkable. The pool and hot tub were quiet and felt amazing after a day of climbing. Every time we called the front desk with a question about the town, a place to eat dinner, or just to grab some extra towels or pillows, they were knowledgable, helpful, and quick to accommodate our needs. We also brought our dog and he was welcomed by the staff just as much as we were! Great weekend! Great hotel! We will be back!

Room Tip: We loved getting a room that featured a full kitchen. We like to cook and hangout after a day on th...

My wife and I checked into The Innsbruck after checking out of an inferior hotel in Snowmass. We thought we had died and gone to heaven. What a difference.

My first impression from the outside wasn't very good, as it just looks like a standard motel. The host at the desk, Justin, was very friendly and as helpful as can be. We were given a room on the lower level, which turned out to be a regular 1-bedroom apartment, with every amenity one could ask for, including a full kitchen, a TV in the bedroom and another in the living room, and most amazing and helpful of all, a washer/dryer combination. That's a major wow!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, comfortable, etc., etc. The only negatives were first, the TV controls were very finicky and difficult to use and second, the room was on a lower level and open to the walkways, so we never could open the shades and get some daylight. But believe me, these were slight negatives, compared to the positives. We will surely stay here again.

The staff was always extremely helpful, including immediate rides in the company SUV to anywhere in town. Stay here if you have the opportunity. It's wonderful.

Room Tip: Eat at Pinons in town for great food.

After a bad hotel experience before we came here we thought we died and went to heaven. This place is the best. The staff is professional, very friendly and anxious to please. Also, they keep a well stock jar of candy and fruit in the office. yummy! We had a well appointed suite with a full kitchen. It was extremely comfy and so clean you can eat off the floor. They have a car that will drive you anywhere in Aspen because its a challenge to park downtown. The bed and pillows where so nice that it was hard to leave the bed. Furthermore, there is a guest lounge with a Kurik machine with all kinds of coffees and teas. Current papers including the NYTimes. I can only think of two things I didn't like. First the TV system is terrible and complicated. Hard to change channels and volume. Management is aware of the problem . Also, the pool is just a swim lane not a real pool. We are planning to return to Aspen next year and this is the place for us!

We stayed for a week in a two bedroom three bath condo. It was decorated beautifully with a stone fireplace and leather sofas, etc.... The place was very clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful It was a short walk into town for shops and restaurants and the shuttle is also available to take you. We used the grill outside by the pool to cook and eat at a table by the pool. I would highly recommend The Innsbruck.
