We visited Aspen in September 2012 for our honeymoon and the Innsbruck is the place to go! The rooms are amazing and just perfect. I wish it was my apartment! The staff is super friendly and direct you to all the best places. Their shuttle is great too if you're not in the mood to walk. I would go here again in a heartbeat. It was perfect.

Room Tip: try to get a room on the top or second level. We had a lower condo and it would have been nice to lo...

One of the best values on last minute notice we have ever had. We found The Innsbruck and Gemma (the most wonderful accent) for a quick night stay. Wow! We are a family of four and had the most amazing 2BR/3BA nightly rental. It was by far one of the best places we have stayed in as a family and a great value for the accomodations. Give Gemma a call and they will beat the market in Aspen.

Room Tip: Call Gemma directly at 970-925-2980 and they will make it happen for you.

We spent four beautiful days in Aspen at the end of September (peak fall color). We stayed at the Innsbruck and it was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and the accomodations were perfect. The condo was beautifully appointed with very classy furniture, linens, etc., nothing was held back. The kitchen had everything we needed and had very high end appliances. They also have bikes for their patrons to use at no charge. Our unit had two HD TVs with extended digital and HD cable and DVRs.

The resort is close enough to downtown to walk to dinner. The only drawback is that since it is on Main Street, the traffic noise was a little loud if you wanted to be on the balcony. I would also suggest that they put a cafe table and pair of chairs on the balcony for those units. Otherwise.. perfect.

Room Tip: When I reserved, I upgraded to the deluxe unit, well worth it.

I've been to Aspen a few times, but had not stayed at The Innsbruck until my most recent visit - mainly due to the addition of a 10-month old baby to our travels! I found the staff incredibly friendly and really helpful when asking about places to see and things to do around town and outside of town, like Maroon Bells and Snowmass, as well. They've got the standard tourist maps that they're happy to pull out and mark down places of interest for you - we used ours heavily for the week we were there, even though it's a small town!

The room was top-notch as well - we had one on the "Garden Level", which is actually below the main street level, and ended up being perfect for my 10-month old and his sleep schedule. Being below street level kept the noise level very low, and naturally made the room darker through the day and at night, which again was great for the baby. If you're looking for a well-lit room, go for something at street level or the 2nd floor.

Having the separated rooms and the full kitchen with basic cooking items (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) meant we could make our own dinners each night, which again worked perfectly with a baby who goes to bed around 7pm and limits our "going out for dinner" options. The cleaning staff even did a few dishes for us when we had a few left over that we'd fully intended to clean but hadn't gotten to yet!

Speaking of the cleaning staff, they were friendly and did a great job with our room - we had no complaints and didn't notice anything "gross" or dirty anywhere. It really felt like a clean, well-maintained room and we were quite comfortable in it as a result.

We really liked the location as well. It's a few blocks out of the main "downtown" pedestrian area with all the shopping, but it didn't take more than a 5 minute stroll and you were there. They also provide parking in the back of the building so you don't have to mess with street parking.

Honestly I don't have a bad thing to say about this place after our stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and will be recommending it to my friends who head down almost yearly for the big Ruggerfest rugby tournament.

Just got back from Aspen and loved the Innsbruck!!! The rooms were nice with the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The price was very reasonable too! We used the steam shower all the time. The Innsbruck also has a shuttle that runs 24 hrs. a day, which was a HUGE plus since we were there for a wedding (one night even being picked up at 2:00 am). My husband and I were very impressed, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We are definitely staying here again!!

So clean and "non-envasive" plus best location in the town. Great place to hang around for the Aspen attractions. If you want a private hot tab and swimming pool, this is not the place. I would certainly stay there again.
