“Perfect setting for a family ski holiday”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2010

We had a fantastic experience at Aspen Meadows. Very well located in the west end of town. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms were very clean spacious and well designed. Hallways are outside and can be cold in the winter, but thats just a minor inconvenience. We had a great stay.
Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night at Aspen Meadows. Great modern architecture, large rooms, the worst part was that we didn't check in until midnight and left by noon the next day. Definitely would go back. If you are looking for a place to see and be seen, this is not it. If you want to feel like you're at one with nature, this is your ticket! Not your average hotel room--lots of windows and fresh air--separate sleeping and living area with very comfy beds and good sheets. Okay, we did just come from the Leadville 100 race, so any bed may have been comfortable, but it really was a great night's sleep!

Great rooms (Jr. suites), nice big windows, heated floors and all the comforts of home. Will most definately stay here again on our next trip to Aspen. Transportation to town and return is a plus. Great breakfast. Wonderful Customer Service. Aviation Crew friendly.
Would suggest leaving hot-tub open longer hours.

Beautiful location and amenities for meetings, wedding with extended family and guests, or solitary retreat.. Multiple buildings of 6 units surround well manicured grounds, beautiful vistas, 5 min.shuttle to town, We enjoyed a spacious one bedroom suite with balcony, unobstructed view of meadows and mountains. Free underground parking with plenty of golf carts w/ driver to take you and your luggage to your room. No traffic hassles, no traffic sounds. Close to Aspen Music Festival. Elegant simplicity.

Recently spent 6 days here as part of an Aspen Institute Seminar, which uses this hotel as one of its two main seminar sites. All the food and service was provided by the hotel – and it was uniformly excellent.

The rooms are somewhat unusual in design, making them all the more interesting. They are comfortable, very roomy (consisting of a bedroom, living room, work station, panty area, and very substantial bath), substantially built resulting in a very quiet room, and very up-to-date. The walk-in shower was excellent.

The grounds are beautiful – the hotel is structured in a campus type design. It has great landscaping and numerous landscape works of art throughout the campus. It is located high up on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, which I could hear from my room – a very soothing sound at night.

The location is very close to town – an easy walk, but they also have frequent free shuttles that get you to and from town and the airport easily and quickly. While I was there, I had to visit a local doctor for some treatment. The hotel staff readily agreed to drive me to the office and pick me up after I was finished – a great help for an otherwise unpleasant diversion.

I have no reservation in recommending this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would happily stay again.

This is the finest place to stay in aspen IF you are looking for great beauty
and peace and quiet. Understated Bauhaus design, large rooms, and deer and foxes wander the property.
