We came to Aspen with our three kids to see a concert at Belly Up thinking we wouldn't be able to afford to stay in Aspen, but they we found Hotel Aspen and we were wrong. Very affordable, everyone who worked there was very helpful in where to go and what to see, clean and cute rooms, and most important the kids really loved the pool and hot tub. When we checked in we noticed 2 members from the band that we were there to see (how cool). Easy walking distance to anything in Aspen. The complimentary breakfast was great. We WILL be staying here the next trip to Aspen.

Room Tip: We had room 110 which was right by the pool. We had a sliding glass door 15 feet from the pool. We w...

Dear Josh K,

I really appreciate your review and positive comments, and we're so glad you had a great stay and rubbed elbows with the band. Our Junior Suites by the pool really are ideal for families and all of our added amenities make us a great value as well. Looking forward to your next stay with us!

I came on business for one night. The staff was super friendly. They had a bike for me to borrow and ride on the bike path. Location was great, easy walking distance to the shopping/restaurants. Rooms were clean and looked like they had been updated. I like the sitting area outside.

What a wonderful place to stay! The room was very clean & beautiful. we enjoyed the hot tub on
our balcony under the stars with a nice bottle of wine. To say the least, the breakfast buffet was stuffed with all sorts of delicious treats. We Will be back. Thanks to Lindsey for making this an even more enjoyable visit.

Room Tip: you can't go wrong if you choose a 3rd floor king room with hot tub!!!!

The Hotel Aspen is a great choice for a mid-range hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the hotel is situated close to several parks and within easy walking distance of most of the restaurants and bars in Aspen. Park your car in the off street lot and forget about parking fees, just walk everywhere. We had tickets to the Aspen Philharmonic in the tent and just walked through the millionaire's neighborhood to get there.

We had a deluxe king room, and it was quite spacious. The microwave and refrigerator came in very handy for meal leftovers and picnic supplies. Our room #223 had lots of light, with 2 windows on the corner of the room. There is a small gas stove which would be nice in the winter. The king bed was very comfortable and with the windows open we barely needed the A/C. It's nice to relax in the heated pool or hot tub with a nice view of Aspen Mtn. The included breakfast is a full breakfast, with eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc... The dining room has a wonderful ambience with glass all around. Bottom line: you can't go wrong staying here.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms face the street, but if you want a quiet room take 223 or 323 which I think are bo...

It's a very nice hotel! The staff is very helpfull. The double bed room is large, with two large beds, the bathroom is very clean. We felt very comfortable. There was a hot water jacuzzi and a swimming pool outside, very nice!!!! The location was perfect, we could walk to the center. The bus stop to the ski station was one corner away from the hotel. The Hotel Aspen offers an aprés ski around 4:00 Pm, with 3 types of soup, good Califórnia wine (we drank Blossom Hill), some salad and appetizers. It was very nice!!!! One night we went to Jimmy's bar, it was very pleasant! The mac and cheese there was tasty!!! I would definetly come back to Aspen and stay at Hotel Aspen.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Aspen for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was the most wonderful experience! When we arrived we had champagne waiting for us in our jacuzzi room. The hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff at the front desk were so friendly. Ryan and Noell at the front desk were kind and set the mood for a wonderful stay. If I could give this hotel more stars, I would! I was such an amazing experience, we booked another resevation for August. We are taking our two college age children for a weekend before they travel back to school. I would not even consider staying anywhere else in Aspen!
