Sat outside and the experience was great. Our waitress was fantastic(she was from Transilvania) and the food was great.

This restaurant had potential when were first entered. They brought a balloon for our daughter and a cup of water. That's all we got! We sat at our table for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come take our drink order. A table came in 10 minutes after us and got their drink and food order before we had even seen anyone. The owner was busy talking with another table about how fabulous the lighting was than to notice customers not being helped. We finally left to go to a new restaurant. Very disappointing!

We had a reservation for 6:30. We got our table at 6:50. The main course was served while we still had our appetizer. At 7:20 we wanted to order another bottle of wine and some desserts, but we were told by the server that people were waiting for our table and that we could have our desserts and the bottle of wine at the bar. As we decided to leave the place we got the check with 20% gratuity automatically added.
Our group of six from Australia, America and Germany liked the food but will never come again.

Came in here for lunch on an off-season weekend and it was packed with kids (11-13?) who'd just had a soccer game and their parents - in other words, it was very, very loud. The servers were handling it with grace and I got the impression that big groups (with or without kids) are not unusual. The food (beet salad, Ajax pizza and a meatball panini) was excellent and the service was attentive and upbeat. The music was lively and the space was attractive.

If you enjoy a thin thin crust pizza with a lot of flavor in the toppings go to Bruno's. My husband had the veal parm and loved it. Friendly, casual, good place to go.
