“Old school service”

Unique items on the menu. You must try their edamame appetizer, stir-fried and garlicky. Only drawback was the wait-time for a table.

“Cocktails under the Mountain!”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

We popped in for cocktails before dinner, and we almost stayed here instead of heading out to dinner. The bartenders were great and the signature cocktails were delicious. You can see the mountains from the barstools. What an amazing place.

“A must if your in Aspen”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

We stopped in for an appetizer. we had artichoke dip with chips. the dip was great but the chips were not very good so they brought us out some corn bread and it was fantastic. Service could have been better. The décor is beautiful as is the hotel. The people next to us a huge burger and a huge sandwich. Neither one could finish them. It is a little expensive, but then again your in Aspen. I will eat there again but next time I am going to have one of their burgers or sandwiches. The place was packed due to Aspens food & wine festival going on.

“Historical Part of Aspen”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

The Hotel Jerome is a historical building and incredible to take a peak at, but the J-Bar is a good lunch stop. The wings, and J Burger/Draft meals were very good. The service was excellent and friendly and the prices were not out of control for Aspen.

“Excellent Burger”
Reviewed May 30, 2013

My husband and I had lunch here while visiting Aspen. The service was a little slow at first to greet us and take our drink order. We both got the burger and fries. Both were excellent. We were too stuff to try a dessert. We like the atmosphere of the bar and the comfortable booths. We took a tour of the hotel lobby and the second floor. The hotel had a old charm to it.
