The service at The Prospect was amazing. The brunch menu was perfect and the Latte's & freshly squeezed orange juice were delicious! A great place to enjoy brunch Sunday!!!

“AMAZING”
Reviewed June 23, 2014

My husband and I ate here because of a recommendation from the concierge at our hotel, and we could not have been more pleased! Even though it was late, we were able to request to sit outside. It was slightly chilly so the hostess immediately offered to start a standing heater for us, which was greatly appreciated. The wine list is impressive, but extensive, so they had a great som (Crystal?) that was very helpful in picking out a beautiful, and price conscious, Cab. We had a few appetizers and two amazing main courses. The local trout was incredible and lobster cob salad was to die for. What really put the food over the top was the dessert. It was a simply cookie in a "skillet" with homemade ice cream. The service was impeccable and the food lived up to the prestige of the Hotel Jerome. We were able to finish the night with a drink in the hotel's lounge that was very cozy and had live guitar music. Overall, it was the best night we had in Aspen! Can't wait to come back!

“Unpretentious”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

This great hotel is perfectly located in Aspen with private decks overlooking the park. Great studio, one and two bedroom units with kitchens and with affordable prices. No restaurant but everything is within walking distance. I send all my friends there.

“Wonderful service, food, atmosphere”
Reviewed March 26, 2014

Locally sourced ingredients put together in an interesting way. The cheese plate appetizer had great membrillo and pickled apples. The elk, rib eye and stuffed beet were all great, but the rib eye was the best we had ever seen. The rib eye is just the center trimmed like a tenderloin, sourced from local happy cows. Our Bulgarian waiter was world class and charming. Portion sizes were perfect and yes, it was appropriately expensive ($220 for three with no alcohol),considering the perfection. The atmosphere was a mix of local antiques and classy modern art all in the Jerome hotel.

“Delicious Sunday Brunch!”
Reviewed March 6, 2014

Had delicious salads served with moist corn bread in a skillet. Also chose bacon from their Bacon Menu which was fun. Beautiful decor and over the top service.
